Conditions for equipment loan

1. Items marked with a * can be borrowed for a maximum of one week at a time and must be made available at the club by 20:00Hrs for 'Nights on the Air'. All other items may be borrowed for a maximum of four continuous weeks.

2. A loan form must be completed by the borrower and presented to B.Eastick G1AVF, or in his absence another committee member who will then issue the appropriate item.

3. A donation to club funds of one pound per item from this list will be requested at the time of issue.

4. All items on return must be presented to Brian Eastick who will check in the items and record their return.

5. Club members are responsible for the correct, proper and safe use of the items borrowed and their return in good working order.

6. Coventry Amateur Radio Society accepts no liability for any damage or injury to club members or the public, however caused, involving items on this list while they are on loan. This is totally the responsibility of the borrower.
